A Job that Enables Travel

One of the things I dreamed about when growing up was travel. I wanted to travel the world. Literally.

Not to just go to Mexico for a 2 week a year vacation or to France for a once in a lifetime trip, but to genuinely travel around the world, one country at a time.

Just like most kids in the western world, I was pushed to go to post secondary. Which I did and got a degree in psychology. What the heck was I going to do with that? Nothing interesting that wouldn't require me to regularly see a psychologist as well.

So I learned a new skill: graphic design. I started out doing generic graphic work and as my skills improved, I started specializing. Today I mainly create 3d ebook covers. If you've never heard of them, it's basically an image that looks like a physical book but is instead for a digital book.

I like it. I honestly don't mind the work and the fact that it enables me to travel is a huge plus. It's been a dream come true for me!
